Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at hello@clearmindconcepts.co.uk to initiate a return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include your order number in the package.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
